Allergy Workshops

Allergy Workshop for Parents

This one-day workshop is open to parents who are interested in gaining more of an understanding about allergies and how they affect their families. It will offer you the chance to acquire practical skills involved in the detection and correction of allergies, taking the guesswork out of elimination diets.

The day will be both a presentation of how Health Kinesiology (HK) views allergy in relation to the body’s bio-energetic system and why it is that allergies are becoming an increasing problem for society. It will offer you the chance to learn the valuable skill of using muscle testing to detect allergies as well as simple techniques to correct these imbalances.

Food test kits will be available for allergy detection but please feel free to bring along your own suspect foods or toiletries.

This course would be of particular benefit if either you or your children suffer from:

  •  eczema,
  • rashes,
  • wheezing,
  • headaches,
  •  hayfever,
  • bloating,
  •  IBS,
  • hyperactivity,
  • feeling tired all the time,
  • unexpected pains etc. etc.

HK and allergy

Health Kinesiology defines an allergy as a disturbance of the normal flow and balance of bio-energy within the body when it is exposed to a given substance.

An allergy is the result of an over-active immune system.
The immune system can misidentify a harmless substance like a food as dangerous, and then proceed to attack it with great vigour. Or it can misidentify a harmful substance, such as mercury, and instead of ejecting it as soon as possible it will store it somewhere in the body, often in fat or in the brain!
HK allergy testing takes the guesswork out of identifying an allergen, removing the need for gruelling and difficult elimination diets. This will improve your childs condition, reducing any unnecessary discomfort.

What does the workshop cover?
